What you'll own

Manage and optimise 30+ ad accounts across the auto repair space
Own full-funnel strategy — creative, copy, targeting, testing, tracking
Build high-converting campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google
Monitor performance daily — scale winners, kill losers fast
Report results and learnings with confidence (no fluff)
Drive real outcomes: booked jobs, quote requests, and ROI

Requirements

You'll need

A proven track record running high-performing lead-gen campaigns
Expert-level skills across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads
Lead-gen and booked-appointment experience (local service a plus)
Strong strategy chops — offer structure, creative testing, funnel building
Confidence reading results, pivoting fast, and scaling winners
